Traveling is my true passion. To immerse oneself in foreign cultures, while encountering fascinating people and discovering fresh perspectives, is one of the most exciting things life has to offer. Privately as well as professionally.

Over the course of my career I had the good fortune to explore numerous countries over a long period of time. Especially the nations of Central and Eastern Europe are very familiar to me today.

For me, as a Czech native, it has never been a great challenge to communicate with local people, business partners and media representatives on an equal footing and without reservations. And this was not only on account of my pronounced communication skills. Besides Czech and Slovak, I speak six other languages. Among them Russian, English, German and French fluently.

The crucial factor for my success was and is the shared mentality. Customers from German-speaking Europe appreciate my insider perspective. Since this know-how saves my clients from the typical hurdles that Western companies usually face, when they take their first venture into Central and Eastern Europe.

It always makes me particularly proud when I succeed in bringing both sides together, by raising their awareness for the cultural differences and at the same time dispelling existing reservations. This is when I have fulfilled my personal mission of building bridges between East and West.
